Hogwarts Legacy is delayed: we will have to wait until 2022 to become a wizard

Hogwarts Legacy is delayed

We are just a few days away from 2021, and what will be one of the most notorious delays in the coming months has already been announced because Warner Bros. has announced that Hogwarts Legacy will finally not go on sale this year and will be delayed until 2022.

The statement indicates that the Portkey Games team wants to create the best possible experience within this magic universe. It will take more time than initially thought; hence it is preferred to postpone its launch until next year.

The game based on the Harry Potter universe was unveiled in September and was a massive hit due to the impressive trailer that accompanied the announcement. Players will become wizards at Hogwarts Castle and live life like another student, having to attend classes, master spells, ride magic brooms, and many other activities.

It will be an action-adventure in an open world with an unpublished story beyond the book saga written by JK Rowling. At first, it is scheduled to arrive on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PC, and in the meantime, we will have to settle for its only video while we wait for its arrival.
