And we’re starting with an app that doesn’t focus on various types of plants like most on the list but specializes in identifying trees. is an application created by the Royal Botanical Garden of the CSIC, which offers 143 species described in 122 files with information on native trees and the most frequently feral ones in Andorra, mainland Portugal, mainland Spain, and the Balearic Islands?

It is also one of the few apps on the list that does not identify trees through your photos but rather offers two guided methods to find out which tree is in front of you. In the tabs, you will see several photographs of each species, a brief description, and a map where you can see their distribution.
