Temporarily disable your Instagram
The first thing you have to do is enter the profile editing option. For that, once you are identified on the Instagram website, click on the head icon that you have at the top right to enter your profile. Once you are in it, you just have to click on the Edit profile option that you will see next to your username.
When you enter the profile editing page through the web, just at the bottom after the biography and the rest of your data you have a link called Temporarily deactivate my account. Click on it to start the deactivation process.
This process is simple, you only have to choose in a drop-down tab the reason why you want to temporarily deactivate your profile and enter your password for security. Once done, all you have to do is click on the Temporarily disable the account button. When you do, your photos, comments, and likes will be hidden until you decide to reactivate your account, which will be done automatically by logging in again.
