The activation code does not arrive.
Let’s start at the beginning. Every time you change your phone, or the first time you create a WhatsApp account, you need to enter a verification code received by SMS, which you must then enter to verify your account.
If the verification code does not arrive for some reason, you mustn’t try to enter random numbers, or you may temporarily lose access. It usually works to restart the device and try again to fix this problem. If that doesn’t work either, you can delete the WhatsApp app and reinstall it through Google Play.
